Preperation Of Delicious Mango Rice.
When the season is on for mangoes, it is the season on for a change in taste with delicious preperations with mango.Whereas mango itself is delicious and attractive , the follwing is the one out of many recipes that attracts many . Ingredients:
- Basmathi ricne-1/2 kg,
- Coriandar seeds-2 tbsps,
- Red chilly-50 gms
- Raw mango -2 nos,
- Hing -1pinch,
- Dried coconut powder-2 tbps,
- Chana dal-50 gms.
- Oil-3 tbsps,
- Turmeriic powder-1/2ce tsp.
- Water-1 ltr.
- Salt-1tbsp.
:
1.Get the rice cooked
2.Grate raw mangoes.
3.Grind the dry coconut and chana dal and prepare the powder.Keep it seperately.
4. And seperately grind redchilly and coriander seeds.
5.In a frying pan pour oil and add mustard seeds and greatedmango .
let it fry for 2 to 3 mnts.
6.Add hing and turmeric powder in the oil .
7.Pour the rice into the pan.
8 sprinkle the above two grinded powder and salt.
9.Mix thorougly all the above things.
10.Have the delicious rice receipe and let your family enjoy.

As it contains raw mango it contains C Vitamin and fiber too. As we all know mango is liked very much by pregnent ladies during their first trimister this recipe will enrich their tastebuds and treats their perverted taste .
